These are the photos we took on Laura's camera from Banff on Saturday. Double click for a closer look if you like.
The one of the lady pulling a dog on a trolley- well, the dog was stuffed. As in dead and stuffed. Really odd. This particular lady had parked her dog outside (as you do !!) and popped up in the middle of a random conversation Laura and I were having in a crowded coffee shop on the main street as we were speculating and joking about the most bizaire type of diet a person could put themselves through (not for the fainthearted). There are some weirdos about, I have to tell you, and all the random ones seem to approach me. But they all seem to have excellent manners so I don't mind so much.
The other photos are of around Banff, including the Grizzly restaurant and the Fairmont, which like the Fairmont in Quebec city, has the best location and the price tag to match.

the most bizzare diet I have heard about is the air diet, where you sit around, without any food in the house and then breath in through your diaphram and say ohm for days on end. By the end of the third day youre just hoping that the dog will fart. ;-)
What Lisa forgot to say is that the wolf lady, or dog lady, or whatever, is really a worm lady too. She joined a conversation Lisa and I were having about worms, and how having a tapeworm would be a great diet plan. Well, Lisa is skeptical, but i'm sure I can talk her round. The lady jumped right in, asking I think about worms that her horse has. Anyway, she was gone soon after and when we saw her outside the coffee shop, she had a stuffed wolf on wheel with her. Crazy lady.
